Cancellation Policy

JBX MEDIA GROUP LOGO DESIGN AGREEMENT This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between JBX Media Group ("Designer") and [Client’s Name] ("Client") for the design and delivery of a custom logo. ________________________________________ Scope of Work JBX Media Group agrees to provide the following logo design services: 1. Design Consultation: Discussion of the Client’s brand vision, goals, and design preferences. 2. Industry & Competitor Research: Analysis of the Client’s industry, competitors, and current design trends to create a unique and competitive logo. 3. Creative Development: Development of initial logo concepts based on the Client’s brand identity and feedback. 4. Concept Review & Revisions: The Client will have the opportunity to review the concepts and request up to [X] rounds of revisions to refine the design. 5. Finalization & Delivery: Once the Client approves the final design, JBX Media Group will prepare and deliver the logo files. ________________________________________ Deliverables & File Formats Upon final approval, JBX Media Group will provide the following digital files via email or a downloadable link: ✔ Logo Files: JPEG, PNG (transparent background), and PDF. ✔ Additional Formats (if requested): AI, SVG, or EPS files for print and branding. ✔ Color Variations: Full-color, black & white, and transparent versions of the logo.
